A Breastfeeding Picture Worth 1000 Words
A while ago a fellow BFing Mom posted a picture that I found so inspiring that I told her I would like to post that in my blog. However I never did... I got distracted with posts about jam making and farmer's markets. Yet here I am back at January and again BFing is under attack from everywhere and from all angles. So I would like to just let you all see this picture because to me it speaks for itself. I really could gush for hours about everything I find wonderful and beautiful about this picture but like the title this is worth a thousand words. Enjoy.

I love this picture as well! You can't use the "breast feeders are uneducated hippies" argument when a professor is the one nourishing her newborn. :-) Thank you for sharing!
ReplyDeleteI had to nurse my son in my cap and gown before I walked out for my graduation too!! I love it. I was sitting in the entry way of the building we graduated in, sitting in a folding chair in the corner in full regalia with my little one slurping away! One of the organizers came up and asked me if I'd like to go somewhere more private and I told her I was just fine where I was! :)
